Some of your information is stored by us while other information is collected and passed to our third-party providers and not stored by us.
How information that we store about you is used: Name and email address:
If you provide your name and email address at time of purchase, we will use your email address to keep you informed via our mailing list.
If you contact us we will use your email address to provide a response. The lawful basis for both these cases is consent.
Technical data via cookies:
We use your information to operate, provide and improve the services we offer you.
We may also aggregate information and generate statistics for the purposes of measuring the functionality and features of our services.
The lawful basis for collection of technical data is both consent when it is sought for use of cookies and legitimate interests in running our organisation effectively when ensuring our systems are working effectively and user issues can be resolved.
5. Does RegenWorks Ltd have to use my information?
We process your information to be able to provide you with your token purchase. Without your information we wouldn’t be able to do this, we use the minimum amount of information we need to enact the transaction.
Where you have asked us to keep you informed via the mailing list, you can ask us to stop sending you this information and we will remove your name from our contact lists. Please let us know if you would like to do this using the contact details in section 16 below or via the unsubscribe options on the communications you receive.
5. When we might disclose your information
We may share your information with third parties to perform services on your behalf.
We may also disclose your information to the extent that we are required to do by law.
We will never sell or share your information with other organisations for their direct marketing purposes.

Information that we process for any purpose will not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose. Different purposes will have different retention periods and we will retain your information:

Can I object to your use of my information?
You can withdraw your consent for use of your information by unsubscribing. On all communications provided by us we will provide you with details on how to withdraw your consent to the continued receipt of communications.

How do I raise a concern if my rights are not met?

9. How do we use cookies and other information gathering technology?
We collect certain information automatically through the use of "cookies." A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your device (smart phone, tablet, computer) if you agree when you access our app or website via the same device.
We use various types of cookies, including session cookies which improve your internet browsing experience and analytical cookies. We use analytical cookies to enable us to recognise and count the number of visitors to our website and app and to see how visitors

Information collected

We do not carry out any profiling or automated individual decision making about individuals.

We may transfer information that we collect from you to third party data processors or service providers located in countries that are outside of the UK or EEA (the European
Economic Area) in connection with the purposes for which we have collected it from you. If we transfer your information outside the UK or EEA we will only do so where one of the following applies:
● There is an adequacy decision by the European Commission which means that the recipient country is deemed to provide adequate protection for such personal data.
● Where we have in place standard model contractual clauses (which include certain safeguards to protection information) with the recipient which have been approved by the European Commission.
● If such transfer is needed to enable us to perform our contractual obligations to you relating to products or services we have agreed to provide to you.

This privacy notice will be reviewed regularly , should any new types of processing be identified or changes to data protection law mean changes are required.
